1930s silk velvet polka dot evening gown with balloon sleeves Size M

Gorgeous purple silk polka dot velvet 1930s gown with balloon sleeves! Draped cowl neckline with weight. Dropped waist. Bias cut skirt. Good condition but has a repair on the back of the left shoulder and just to the side of the loop for the hook and eye in back at the neck. There are snaps and hooks on the left side . There are belt loops but no belt. Shown with one for photos.
