1980s silk shirtwaist dress royal blue with pleated bodice and tie belt Size S/M

Gorgeous 1980s silk dress in a rich royal blue. The silk has a lovely sheen. The dress is a shirtwaist style with buttons to the waist. Elastic waist. Pleated bodice. Tie belt. Pockets on each side. No labels. Likely a custom dress made in Asia during a trip abroad. Very good condition.
